Have you ever bought a cd that you listened to every day for a period of at least 1-2 months? I'm refering to listening to it only once a day though. Here is my list of such cds that I have that I can think of.

Shimmer- Luna Halo
Okay Computer- Radiohead
No Name Face- Lifehouse
Time- Third Day

These kind of obsession albums are rare and are usually a result( at least in my opinion) of being the first purchased album of that artist. Someday I plan to have All Star United's first album on the list, but that remains to be seen. Oh yeah, that list is in no particular order by the way.

I like the month of March, yet ironically, it is already the 25th. Where does time go? It seems like just yesterday I was a freshman in high school, taking music theory lessons from Nathan, and being cool. In music lessons, Nathan was always preaching to me anout how awesome Radiohead was. Yup, he sure likes Radiohead. Radiohead and Tori Amos. Radiohead, Tori Amos, and Sigur-ros. Radiohead, Tori Amos, Sigur-ros, and the Newsboys. Sorry Nathan, I couldn't resist making a wise crack like that.

Adios people who read my blog. Probably 2 people
Feel fortunate if you think my guitar likes you.

My spring break is almost over. It's been a typical spring break for me again. I just stayed at home and slack off, however, I did go to Big Bend for the first third of the week. I enjoyed last year spring break better though; I got to Houston and hang out with my cuz. I'm amazed that this week's already almost over. That's a good thing though because I need to get back to school so That I can stop my mind from turning into mush.

I also watched power rangers this morning. From doing this I drew two conclusions: Power rangers aren't as cool as I thought they were when I was in the 2nd grade. and The power rangers are huge fans of exremely cheap plastic. Oh yeah, I saw two movies this past week. They were School of Rock and Open Range. I liked Open Range but I didn't really care for School of Rock. Maybe I've just been thincking to much about music lately and that movie only added to the fact that I getting tired of always doing that.

On certain days of the week in the Short house we have a routine dinner for that day. On Sunday we go to Taco Bell. On Monday we go to Little Caesars. Tuesday is random; I am very happy about that. On Wednesday we go to Whataburger and get four hamburgers for the price of two. Thursday is also random as to what we consume. Friday, my favorite day of the week, is pizza from little sneezers again. And last, there's Saturday in which the meal is random again. As you can see, 4/7 of our dinners are routine and predictable wheras 3/7 are not.

I luv the quizno's sponge monkey's! "We luve their subs, cause they are good to us!"

I miss my sideburns. They were so cool n' groovy. Little kids looked up to me, but now I'm but a mere shell of what I use to be. When I have the chance I'll grow them back.

Oh yeah, Lifehouse is a good rock band. I don't want any lip from you people who don't like them because I do like them. Besides, this is my blog.

This week has been a great one so far. I've already finished all my work for the third quarter, so the only thing I've been working in is Social Studies. Next week is convention though, but I'm not saying that it's usually a stressful week. We just have to dress nice and eat food which origins are unknown. But when it all boils down it's actually quite enjoyable; that's because my friends and I get to just hang out most of the time.

Nathan, I listened to Turn on the Bright Lights by Interpol. It's pretty groovy.....in a new wave kind of way.

I had a typing error in the last section. Maybe 3
So it seems that I've been suckered in to posting another blog. Blog this and blog that it's so...* then suddenly while Forrest was griping about his one and only blog, he remembered all the wonderful times they both had together.*
Oh Something like the logo on my T-shirt, please forgive me for forsaking you. *Tears then start pouring out of Forrest's slate colored eyes while the young 16 year old thanks God for his blog.*

Oh yeah, go to this great website.

Oh boy, it's Christmas Eve already. I agree with Nathan; I don't totally feel the holiday spirit myself. One thing that I've noticed about most of the sit coms on T.V. is that on the Christmas episodes Santa always gets a broken arm or a shattered tibia or maybe possibly even irritable bowl movement. With this said, Santa leaves the duty of delivering the gifts to all the good children of the world to the main character of the show.

So far I've seen The Return of The King twice. probably before the holidays are over I shall have seen it thrice, but I'm not sure. T'was a very good movie. T'was a very long movie, but I don't mind that. Having the opportunity to see the two home-boy hobbits take the ring to Mt. Doom is mondo awesome. My favorite character again was Merry. Sure he's just a short dopey hobbit, but the guy is overflowing coolness. Every day I tell my friends that I'm going to be just like Merry when I grow up, and they just laugh and ridicule me. Not really, but that's a good idea.

I wish I knew more about upgrading my blog, but alas, I do not. I wonder how all the other kid in school are doing. I bet their having fun aside from the work. Perhaps I might see them today.

Yesterday was very eventful for me. Here's how it went: I woke up and ate some leftover pizza, then I read some verses out of Isaiah. After doing this stuff I listened to a majority of the Okay Computer album. I watched a lot of the appendecis on the special extended version of The Two Towers. At 8 o'clock I went to my guitar teacher and his band's concert; it was amazing. The music had elements of jazz, rock, classical, and songwriting. I got home at about 10:45 p. m.

I ate two egg rolls today. They were quite delicious and reminded me how cool it is that we have Chinese food in America. Egg rolls are good.

I have a new favorite movie. It is called "Nathan Russell n' the Little People." It's about this 26 year old American dude who plays the piano, and one day while he is looking for a pair of shoes in his closet a little leprachaun (whatever) kicks Nathan in the butt-ox. Nathan then gets real mad and grabs the little gangsta and threatens to clobber him, but the leprachaun pleads for his dear life and grants Nathan a wish in return.
"Okay," said Nathan. "I wish you'd get lost"
